While booting the Tegra it’s doing some checks and say OK at each check, only one error is happening

This is unlikely to be an actual failure. What happens is that if there were previously saved audio mixer settings (customized), then the config file would be loaded at each boot. If the hardware was never set up, then there is no possibility that the state can be restored…it’s undefined until someone intervenes and defines it at least once. The only time this would have meaning is if you had previously made custom settings to sound hardware and then the hardware suddenly stopped working.
