If you don’t know what happened to cause this, just flash the board and see if it can recover.
If it cannot, then RMA this module. We can only help if you can provide methods to reproduce issue. Also, that method should be reasonable. For example, if your steps intend to break the board, then we have nothing to help.

The device is a Jetson Xavier module equipped with a custom carrier, not an official developer kit. It uses the l4t3250 version, jetpcak4 5. The device is placed at minus 5 degrees and then does not start. When powered on, the bootloader shell model is displayed. After heating up the device, it starts normally.
