Breakout Cable Interfaces not Negotiating

II have a SN2410 and a Arista router , The Breakout Cable is 100G to 4*25G , the qsfp28 side is connected to the router and the two of the four 25G Sides are connected to the Mellanox. There is TX and RX Light Signal on both sides but No matter what I try I cannot get the Mellanox to get the interfaces to come up , Both sides are 25G forced no auto negotiation , I have tried matching error coding on both sides and tried turning off error coding on both sides but the interfaces will not come up. When I take the 25G side from the Mellanox and plug it into a Palo Alto 25G Port it comes up.

I have also tried to run fae cable-stamping-unlock eth_100g and fae cable-stamping-unlock eth_sfp_25g but no change.

Anyone got any other ideas to get the ports to negotiate ?
