Issue seems to be with DVI->HDMI. With cable plugged into DVI-D port of video card and hdmi plugged into display → display turns off before sddm shows up. Happens on both DVI-D-0 and DVI-D-1. Driver: 555.58.02 Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB Confirmed previously working on driver 550.40.65.
