Can not boot with SD card method(following the Jetson Orin Nano user guide)

Using a windows PC with such system spec

Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version 23H2
Installed on ‎21/‎11/‎2023
OS build 22631.3007
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22681.1000.0

Sorry that I am a rookie and this is the first time using Jetson,

I followed the guide to flash a SanDisk Ultra 128G micro SD card, with the Jetpack 6.0 image downloaded from Nvidia site,
Then, plug in the power, it has a welcome page, and showing attempting direct boot, then, the fan stops and display has no inbound signal, while the Jetson is still runing as the green light is on, the fan is not working and it has certain level heat coming out.

Is this normal for the first time boot? Or maybe I miss some steps?

got it, I am trying to create a Linux drive to use SDK manager to flash it…

It turns out the board is not support for Jetpack 6.0, after checking some other case in the community, I may encountered the same situation as this article said.

Jetpack 5.1.2 works for me now, it boot successfully.
