Can not make the USB Speaker/Mic. working on Jetson TX2

Dear Support,

I have been struggling to get the USB speaker and microphone (plug-in) working on the TX2.

Could you please let me know how to make them working and how to set up in a easy way?

If you knew a working device, please let me know as well.

Followings are the devices I have used:

USB sound card for speaker and mic.

HDMI converter with 3.5 mm Audio output pole - can not get the audio output as well

For speaker, please run ‘aplay -l’ and check if USB audio is listed.

Hi,

Yes after I have run the “aplay -l” and found that my USB speaker is Card 2 and Device 0.

But how I can make that work since after I have plugged in the 3.5 mm audio jack in and find no sound?

Finally I have figured out how to make the external USB speaker working:

  1. In ubuntu desktop, go Settings

  2. in Sound menu, pick up the Seakers (USB PnP Audio Device)

That is it.
