Can the DP0_AUX_CH_P/N and the DP1_AUX_CH_P/N be used as I2C？

we configure the DP0_AUX_CH_P/N and the DP1_AUX_CH_P/N as the i2c purpose，but i can not scan the I2C device on the I2C BUS

It’s i2c bus 3 aka i2c@3190000

That meanswe can use the I2C@319000 bus if it properly configured?
but if i run the command i2cdetect - y - r 3 /i2cdetect - y - r 5/i2cdetect - y - r 36 ,nothing returned, just like i have no authority to visit the bus?

Have a reference to below topic to configure it as i2c. Even this topic is for TX2 but still take as reference.
