Issue Description
I am connecting a SONY IMX728 sensor to DRIVE AGX Orin.
I want to change recoreded RAW from 30fps to 10fps.
I make 2 change point, both has issue
Issue.1 set framerate=30->10 in sensor rig file, but sensor still recoding in 30fps
Issue.2 set framerate=30->10 in serializer, but serializer still compose raw file in 30fps
