It seems as the documentation of the Orin Nano DevKit mentions the wrong connector type:
Singatron Enterprise Co., Ltd., Part # 2WBA2542WVC-F-04PNLBT1N00G seems to be a 2.54 mm pitch connector, probably similar to those used on standard PC mainboards.
On the actual board there is Molex PicoBlade type connector:
