Clock and date reset to jan 1st 1970 after every restart when i unplug it

Hey, i have a jetson agx orin developer kit and after every computer restart when i unplugged the jetson, the jetson resets the date and time to the 1st january 1am.

is there a way to fix it?

(I use ubuntu 22.04)
