Compatibility and Power Requirements for Upgrading from Jetson AGX Orin 32GB to 64GB SOM on Existing Carrier Board

Hello NVIDIA Engineers,

We currently have a carrier board designed for the Jetson AGX Orin 32GB version, and we are considering upgrading the SOM to the Jetson AGX Orin 64GB version. Can I directly install the 64GB SOM onto the carrier board designed for the 32GB version? Are there any pin compatibility issues, or electrical performance differences? Are there any differences in power load requirements?
