Is Jetson AGX Orin (P3701-0004) compatible with Jetson AGX Xavier reference carrier board (P2822-0000)?

Hello!

Can I install Jetson AGX Orin 32GB-DRAM (P3701-0004) production module to Jetson AGX Xavier reference carrier board (P2822-0000) and flash Jetson Linux to it afterwards? Is this configuration supported? I’m going to use ‘./flash.sh jetson-agx-orin-devkit internal’ command.
