When I install the proprietary Nvidia drivers for this computer model does Ubuntu Linux 19.04 boot, do they have any solutions for this problem?
Please run nvidia-bug-report.sh as root and attach the resulting .gz file to your post. Hovering the mouse over an existing post of yours will reveal a paperclip icon.

Possibly boot to safe mode beforehand.
