Could we conduct BSP image OTA from JetPack 5.0.2 to JetPack 5.1.1?

According to JetPack 5.1.1 release note, “image Based OTA tools to upgrade Xavier or Orin based modules running JetPack 5 in the field”…does this “JetPack 5” include JetPack 5.0.1? or only for JetPack 5.1?

My Jetson platform is AGX Orin.

You could refer to the following table for the supported version about the image-based OTA.

If you are using AGX Orin, the supported version updating to R35.3.1 is R35.2.1.

But our customer’s platform is with JP5.0.1 (34.1.1) and now all these AGX Orin were deployed in the field already…they have difficulty to do onsite BSP update, any suggestion if we need to go with OTA?

Thank you for the prompt reply, buy my Jetson AGX Orin is not evaluation kit but custom device (Advantech). Do you suggested update mechanism still work? Please confirm, thank you.

Debian based update should also work for the custom board.
And it seems there’s no partition layout change between JP5.0.2 and JP5.1.1 so that it should work in your case.
