CUDA 12.8 Toolkit Installation Error, Windows 11 (code: 0x80070005)

I am trying to install CUDA on my PC, and everytime I install it, it will just not run.
I did some further digging and got this from Nvidia Error Logs:

ERROR: [NVI2.DeferredDelete] 627@DeferredDeleteW : Deferred delete failed (Args " {769E7F1E-3DF2-49AE-A341-B4700565F1BC} 2900 C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Temp\NVIDIA\GFE\setup.exe ") with error Exception {0x80070005 - Access is denied.; File: registry.cpp; Line: 1728}.

I have Windows 11 Home, and I have tried everything to get this to work, Network Installer, Local Installer, I even DDU’d my old Drivers. Nothing has seemed to work.

Any help would be appreciated, as long as it is safe for my computer.

Could this be a reasonable hint?

CUDA 12.8,
I have already attempted running the installer with admin privileges, unfortunately it did not work.
