CUDA 2.3 installer does not install on Win7 64… 2.2 works fine so it is not UAC. Strange would be nice if I could actually install the Win7 64 2.3 version. I tried the dell driver for the M4400 and that failed as well. Seems NVIDIA is having issues with Win7 64 installers. The installer is not recognizing Win7 64 as Win7 64.
Strange thing is that if failed for a friend of mine in Win Vista 64 which it should also work with. What it did install on was Win Server 2008 64 Which is neither Visa or Win7 64 (technically). Hmm so it installed on what is NOT Vista64 and Win7 64 (Win Server 2008 64) and DOES NOT install on what is. Welcome to the digital age. It either works or it doesn’t… Here it doesn’t
