I have a Vista-Business-64-bit notebook I’m attempting to get the 2.3 CUDA tools running on and have had a MAJOR issue with the SDK
I installed:
cudadriver_2.3_winvista_64_190.38-beta_notebook
apparently successfully.
I installed:
cudatoolkit_2.3_win_64.exe
apparently successfully.
I attempt to install:
cudasdk_2.3_win_64.exe
and I get: External Image
“NVIDIA GPU Computing SDK requires Windows XP or higher to run correctly.
Setup will now exit.”
at which point the installer exits.
Does anybody have any ideas - I tried running it specifically w/ administrator permissions, and tried re-downloading the file but no Luck!
Has anyone else see this before or have any ideas for work arounds.
