CUDA Macbook Pro (XP) won't work

Hey there!

I tried running the demos from the 2.0 (as well as the 2.1beta) SDK on a Windows XP sys on my Macbook Pro (8600M GT), but I can’t get it to work.

Here’s what I did:

  • Installed regular BootCamp drivers.
  • Installed latest notebook drivers (179.28) from NVidia website
  • Installed 2.0 SDK
  • Tried to run demos - nada.

Alternatively tried inofficial “ForceWare” drivers.

Where did I go wrong? Thanks!

I am interested in a unibody Macbook Pro with Nvidia 9600M GT card.

Will the 2.0 SDK (under Windows XP) work on this computer? Has anyone tried this?
