CUDA toolkit installation stuck at "Installing Nsight Visual Studio Edition" (windows 11)

I am trying to install NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit 12.8 for my RTX 4090, but the installation gets stuck at ‘Installing Nsight Visual Studio Edition’ This issue persists even when trying CUDA versions 12.6 and 12.8. I have the latest version of Visual Studio Community 2022 installed. Please assist me in resolving this.

Os: Windows 11
GPU: RTX 4090

I got the same issue.

I solved my issue brother just downgrade your visual studio from v 17.13 to 17.12 this solved my issue.
After this use this video “https://youtu.be/krAUwYslS8E?si=r3DrUuh1trySkGd3” to uninstall cuda completely. And reinstall cuda toolkit 12.8.
