I am trying to download cuDNN 7, but the download site replied that the site is under maintenance.
I am a developer from China, and I heard from other blogs that Chinese Internet might have blocked the download site. I tried to use a VPN to connect from a server in US, but the site still replied that it is under maintenance. Is it the website’s problem or my Internet’s?
