dev/ttyACM1 not found on host

Hello Team,

I am facing this issue while trying to install the Drive OS on my Drive AGX Orin.

I tried with multiple USB cable and multiple computers. My host machine OS is ubuntu 20.04 and it is not a VM.

I am attaching the connection image and log.

Please take a look and suggest.
