Are there any differences between 2GB and 4GB Jetson Nano SD images? As I can see, md5sums are different between the two, but will 2GB image work on 4GB and vice versa? Are there any breaking changes between the two to keep track of?

Jetson Nano 2GB Developer Kit SD Card Image only works for Jetson Nano 2GB Developer Kit,
Jetson Nano SD card image works for all Jetson Nano Developer Kits (both 945-13450-0000-100 and the older 945-13450-0000-000).
the latest release version is JetPack-4.5.1,
you may download NVIDIA SDK Manager to setup environment. you’re able to flash the board and installing drivers with that.
