Device tree source files for Thor

I have not been able to find the device tree source (dts and dtsi) files for Thor. For all the other platforms those files are in the arch/arm64/boot/dts/nvidia directory of the Linux kernel source, but there are none there for tegra264. Are these files available somewhere else?
