Hello DmitriK, assuming you are talking about the Jetson TX1 Developer Kit, I believe a PCI USB 3 card should be usable on the Jetson TX1. The card should be a PCI x4 compatible card that is supported in the 3.10.x kernel.

I am talking about 2nd native USB3 from TX1 module - USB_SS2. Pins are shared with PEX, need to be switched to USB function.
