I have tried to download the 32-bit linux version of the Fortran and it downloads the windows version instead. I may be doing something wrong but I have tried several times with the same result. It is true for the 32-bit as well as the 32 and 64 bit version. Also true for 2005 version.
PGI Visual Fortran is only available on Windows so even though you may have selected “Linux”, the downloader script will only give the Windows packages. The PGI Workstation and Server products are available for Linux but are not included in the PVF Education Program.
