In 4.28，l buy the PGI professional ，but l cant download the PGI visual fortran. The error is as follow. He said that “Our records show you do not have access to this file.” but i choose the latest version of the pgi visual fortran. Plesae give me some advice，thanks for your notice.

I looked up your account, and it looks like your license is for the Windows command line compilers, not PVF. Hence, this may be the issue. Please contact your re-seller or PGI Sales, if there needs to be an adjustment in your license.
Note that as of late last year, PVF was deprecated and new versions after PGI 18.7 will not be released.
