Source? The DX12 improvements will require a lot of changes and would be very unusual to be not included in a beta but included in the final release. Maybe if there is a Beta 2.

580 beta .. Horizon zero dawn… LOL ZERO (pun intended) performance change.

25 FPS in Horizon Forbidden West with a RTX 5090 in 4k without framegen. With framegen about 50 FPS What a joke.

If you want another good test case, then check out Stalker-2, it suffers a whopping %37 hit to performance when compared to Windows, under Linux.

While looking at Horizon Zero Dawn Linux performance we identified a general optimization that benefits multiple titles with VKD3D. It is still in development. We will give an update when it is available.
