Does GbE PHY of Xavier NX support Auto MDI-X function?

Does the ethernet port of the Jetson Xavier NX support Auto MDI-X ? How could I find out thru command line?
I tried
sudo ethtool eth0
But I didn’t see anything related to MDI…

I’m trying to connect 2 boards together via Lan cable directly without using a router or crossover cable…

Any help is much appreciated
