Does Jetpack 4.2 installed opencv support gstreamer on Jetson TX2?

I recently flashed my jetson TX2 with Jetpack 4.2. While going through this [url]https://jkjung-avt.github.io/opencv-on-nano/[/url], The poster mentions that opencv does nor support gstreamer capabilities on nano, specifically he mentions no hardware .h264/.h265 support. Is this true for Jetson tx2 aswell? If i need gstreamer capabilities do i need to manually compile opencv?

I have the TX2 with JetPack 4.2 installed, and Gstreamer works perfectly. Moreover, be careful if you are going to manually install OpenCV. JetPack already comes with an optimized version of OpenCV for Jetson (OpenCV4Tegra)
