Nvenc support in Jetson nano(jetpack 4.3)

I would like to know one thing that is , is jetpack 4.3 in jetson nano support nvenc video encoder?if yes how can we enable or use nvenc in rtsp streaming?kindly reply me if anyone knows

Thanks for your reply.
But still I have another doubt.I am new to this .which are the hardware encoders and decoders in jetson nano.is omxh264enc a hardware encoder?what about x264enc?could you please help me in clearing my doubt.The problem is ,I used x264enc for streaming .But the cpu usage is more.Then i tried with omxh264enc.That time cpu usage is less.
