Dpkg: error processing archive

Hi, I’m using CUDA11.8 and cuDNN 8.6 for tensorflow.
Ubuntu 20.04 and nvidia-driver 520.56.06
everythig was fine.
But when i try to install another packages, error occures.

root@c01fec5b273e:/# sudo apt-get install ros-noetic-rqt

You might want to run 'apt --fix-broken install' to correct these.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
cuda-drivers-545 : Depends: nvidia-compute-utils-545 (>= 545.23.08) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: nvidia-utils-545 (>= 545.23.08) but it is not going to be installed
nvidia-driver-545 : Depends: nvidia-compute-utils-545 (= 545.23.08-0ubuntu1) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: nvidia-utils-545 (= 545.23.08-0ubuntu1) but it is not going to be installed
                     Recommends: libnvidia-compute-545:i386 (= 545.23.08-0ubuntu1)
                     Recommends: libnvidia-decode-545:i386 (= 545.23.08-0ubuntu1)
                     Recommends: libnvidia-encode-545:i386 (= 545.23.08-0ubuntu1)
                     Recommends: libnvidia-fbc1-545:i386 (= 545.23.08-0ubuntu1)
                     Recommends: libnvidia-gl-545:i386 (= 545.23.08-0ubuntu1)
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt --fix-broken install' with no packages (or specify a solution).

so i type the apt --fix-broken install

I’m stuck in the loop.

In terminal, nvidia-smi and nvcc -V are works well.
