Driver Not Loaded, Ubuntu 20.04.3, rtx 3070

Hello,
nvidia-bug-report.log.gz (162.9 KB)

I have installed Ubuntu 20.04.3 (64-bit) minimal installation, disabled secure boot and installed the recommanded driver ( ubuntu-drivers devices >> driver : nvidia-driver-510 - distro non-free recommended) on a HP-ZBook-Studio-15-6-Inch-G8-Mobile-Workstation.

$ dkms status shows:
nvidia, 510.47.03, 5.13.0-28-generic, x86_64: installed

$ nvidia-settings shows:

ERROR: NVIDIA driver is not loaded
ERROR: Unable to load info from any available system

$ nvidia-smi
NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn’t communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running.

$ prime-select query shows nvidia but Settings > About > Graphics shows: "Mesa Intel @ UHD Graphics (TGL GT1).

Thank you in advance for any help.
