Hi All,

What are potential DVFS knobs for Pegasus / Xavier. Is there a document which describes how clks for various modules are controlled? What are possible clk values for a given module? I see one such doc for jetson family here - but was unable to find similar one for Peagaus / Xavier.

Thanks

Dear @ai.trucker,
Drive platform is configured in performance mode by default. Hence all the clocks are set at max possible value. Where as Jetson can be configured to power or performance mode based on the use case.

May I know why you want to decrease clock speeds?

I want to ensure that all clocks are max values. Thanks for confirming. I do not need to slow down the clocks. Is there a tool that can read out clock values ?

Thanks

Actually on second thought, ISP and NVENC looks little overpowered for our use case, frame rate and camera num. Any idea, how much power can we save with slower speeds ?

Dear @ai.trucker,
Is there any tool to readout clocks

No. Please see About Setting Xavier CPU/ISP/Encoder Frequency - #4 by SivaRamaKrishnaNV

how much power can we save with slower speeds ?

Unfortunately, I don’t have information that.
