Efficiently installing jetpack on many TX1's

I have a small fleet of prototype robots with 2 TX1’s each and I need to update them all to Jetpack 3.1. Is there a more efficient way to do this than the standard USB cable w/ Jetpack GUI on Ubuntu 14.04? It often takes me 2-3 tries for Jetpack to install successfully so that compounds the problem. Any other options?
