Enable DLib with Python 3.8.0

I’ve installed DLib 19.21 following the steps from this link, and it works with the default Python 3.6.9. However, after installing Python 3.8.0 and setting it as the default in .bashrc, DLib no longer works with Python 3.8.0.

How can I ensure DLib works with Python 3.8.0?

PS: I’m on JetPAck 4.6.1 on the jetson nano.

Have you tried to rebuild the DLib package for Python 3.8?
