We run the encoder example encoding h265 with --stats flag to see fps measurements.
we also start andstop gdm service using:
systemctl start gdm
systemctl stop gdm
When gdm is running the fps around 385 BUT when we stop gdm the fps is 60!
We run jetson clock so the encoder run with max performance
