Error creating VDPAU device: 1, VDPAU not working. Tesla T4 GPU

Hi,

I have problems with using hardware decoding. I tried that with obs and vlc and both same. OBS can also use encoding but can’t use decoding. In obs logs i found that lines about VDPAU then I checked and see that it is not working.

I found topic similar to me(Error creating VDPAU device: 1, VDPAU not working.) but I have Tesla T4 GPU. Could you please help me?
