error: identifier "atomic" is undefined

I got a mistake when i use atomicMin function. My configuration is as follows.

softWare: ubuntu
hardWare: nvidia Tegra K1

Here is platform information:

atomicMin should be supported in device code for certain specific data types:

http://docs.nvidia.com/cuda/cuda-c-programming-guide/index.html#atomicmin

It’s difficult to say much more since you haven’t shown any code. If the actual error message you are getting is this:

error: identifier "atomic" is undefined

that would indicate you are using the word “atomic” by itself, which is definitely incorrect usage. But its impossible to say without the actual code and actual compiler error output.
