I’ve installed tensorflow with python 3.8 and have an error like this when I want to check the version

ImportError: /usr/local/lib/python3.8/dist-packages/tensorflow/python/_pywrap_tensorflow_internal.so: invalid ELF header

Failed to load the native TensorFlow runtime.

how to fix it?
