Error jetson nano 4GB developer kit

Hi, I purchased an Okdo Nano C100 Developer Kit, and I followed the setup steps listed by you:

  1. Install the “Jetson Nano JP-641” Image
  2. Install Balena Etcher
  3. Flash the Image onto the Micro SD Card
  4. Connect the Device with the Micro SD Card Inserted to a Monitor

During the first boot, I encountered an error:

  1. [FAILED] Failed to start Load Kernel Modules
  2. The installer encountered an unrecoverable error. A desktop session will now be run so that you may investigate the problem or try installing again.

After pressing “OK,” the configuration resumes, but after a few seconds, it stops, and the screen goes black.

This is actually a custom board but not a NV developer kit.

Please contact with the vendor for the necessary BSP for it. Otherwise even the sdcard slot on the board is not able to work.
You can try to remove the sdcard from the board and it should still be able to boot into the same error you reported.
