My Jetson Nano Developer Kit does nothing at startup

Hello,
After several attempts, putting the flash image of the distribution “Jetson-nano-jp441-sd-card-image” downloaded from your portal after the image of Nvidia at boot does nothing, I also tried to change microsd but the same does nothing after the appearance of the logo.
It may be that my Jetson Nano arrived already broken, I await your clarification

Only the nvidia logo keeps coming back to me:

  • Flashed the corrected image several times from https:///developer.nvidia.com/jetson-nano-sd-card-image-441
  • Powered with 5V and 3A with a good microusb power supply (also tested with various other power supplies and cables)
  • Also tested with another microsd
  • attempted to bridge over J48

I have no idea what it might be, I await your polishing

@SeetharamNS I followed the same guide and followed step by step directions but still do not boot

Try with SDK manager once. Reference attached below.

I tried to do as you recommended but nothing, I noticed with a tester (very strange thing) that the board has a lower voltage than usual

Just to clarify. What did you do after follow the recommendation? What steps did you do?

I feel you didn’t do anything there…
