ERROR: NVIDIA driver is not loaded. Geforce MX350. Fedora38

Hello, I have a problem running nvidia-settings on my laptop.
System: Fedora 38 (Workstation)
GPU: Geforce MX350
Here is the bug report

Right now i can’t run my TensorFlow code on GPU because it seems that my device doesn’t see GPU, i have tried installing driver with RPM Fusion repository and nvidia-settings, but i couldn’t load nvidia-settings
I’ve failed to find a solution on my own, will appreciate any help)

Please disable secure boot in bios.

Maybe this is normal for this Optimus mode with Intel Core I5 and MX350

I have failed to follow
blacklist nouveau

But disabling secure boot in BIOS seems to solve the problem.
