Hello,
We have the NVIDIA DRIVE™ AGX Pegasus DevKit, We are attempting to download and re-flash software 10 and we are getting the following error, 12:43:30 ERROR: OSS and NV packages - target_image: E: Unable to locate package linux-libc-dev:i386. I have included the full log below.
We have tried uninstall the software and delete contents of /Downloads/nvidia/sdkm_downloads, as well as deleting .nvsdkm file. we also tried updating the sdkmanager it self. But it always stops at the same spot of the target download and gives the mentioned error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dear @d.baykeda,
Could you attach ~/.nvsdkm folder

Dear @SivaRamaKrishnaNV
Thank you for your reply. Per your request I’ve attached the .nvsdkm folder
.nvsdkm.zip (148.1 KB)

Thank you again,
d.baykeda

Dear @d.baykeda,
The issue could be due to system state or network glitches/connection. Is it possible to check with fresh host? Please see SDK Manager Install DRIVE Failure if helps?

hello @SivaRamaKrishnaNV,
Thank you for the reply. I was able to solve the issue by manually downloading the deb file directly from ubuntu here: Ubuntu – Package Download Selection -- linux-libc-dev_4.15.0-192.203_i386.deb and installing it using
sudo apt install.

But I have two additional questions for you. We are implementing our own object detection algorithm using MATLAB. And we are using GPU coder to get the CUDA code.

  1. We are having connectivity issues and we suspect it could be SDK issue (GPU coder is tested on DRIVE SDK 5.0.10.3-12606092) and we have 5.1.6.1. Is there a way to downgrade to the necessary SDK?
  2. Can we compile our cuda code directly on our target using the generated make file?

I am not sure if I should’ve opened another topic but I figured I’ll ask while I have this communication open.

Dear @d.baykeda,
I was able to solve the issue by manually downloading the deb file directly from ubuntu

Does that mean after manual installation, flashing using sdkmanager was succesful? So sdkmanager could not download the same package from same URL?

Is there a way to downgrade to the necessary SDK?

It is not supported to Downgrade from DSW 10 to Drive os 5.0.10.3 release.

Can we compile our cuda code directly on our target using the generated make file?

Yes. CUDA code compilation is possible on target with DRIVE SW 10.0 .

Dear @SivaRamaKrishnaNV,
Thanks for the reply and answers.
To answer you question, Yes, it looked like it was failing to download the package. I am not sure if it was trying to download it from the same URL. I had to do quite a bit of digging to find the package. But after manually installing the package I went back to sdkmanager and retried and it checked downloads, OS Image was ready and I successfully flashed.
