Error starting and stopping gstreamer pipeline

Hello,

I have this simple code launching and stopping a pipeline that take pictures on a picamerav2 on a Jetson Nano.

After that I have to reboot the Jetson. It seems like a buffer error.
Am I doing something wrong when setting the pipeline to state NULL?
I tried sending EOS before setting to state NULL this way with same result:

            bus.timed_pop_filtered(Gst.CLOCK_TIME_NONE, Gst.MessageType.EOS)
            pipeline.set_state(Gst.State.NULL)

It seemed to work fine building from 32.5.1 first (even if I had to replace some Status to Argus::Status in gstnvarguscamerasrc.cpp) but I realized the pictures are all green and small size, I don’t have any error messages.

After this I build libgstnvarguscamerasrc.so from R32.4.4 from this link: L4T R32.4.4 archive | NVIDIA Developer but I have ugly errors launching the pipeline:

I would expect the md5sum of my original file libgstnvarguscamerasrc.so to be the same building from R32.4.4 as my version of L4T is R32.4.4 but it’s not the case.

The easy way to get around this issue would be to reflash the boot sd card on the latest version but I can’t as I can only acces the jetson nano by openVPN and the box around the computer is not supposed to be dismantled. Or is it a way to upgrade L4T without having to flash anything?

Could you please provide me a libgstnvarguscamerasrc.so or the source code of gst-nvarguscamera that could fit my setup? Or just indications on the step in building libgstnvarguscamerasrc.so I’m missing? I stricly followed the README.txt in gst-nvarguscamera.

I also tried to update or not update jetson_multimedia_api by doing sudo apt install nvidia-l4t-jetson-multimedia-api.

Same with sudo apt-get install libgstreamer1.0-dev \ gstreamer1.0-plugins-base \ gstreamer1.0-plugins-good \ libgstreamer-plugins-base1.0-dev \ libegl1-mesa-dev

[nvarguscamerasrc] public release source code built the libgstnvarguscamera.so can not launch multiple cameras.
