In the devkit P3509_A01, the ESD diodes located beside the connector. But in the DG, the series resistors are placed closest to the connector, so, which one is better?

[Update]: Rs should be closed to connector ( to be the last one). Rs was used to boost the impedance saw in TDR measured from the connector. Putting Rs the last is to ensure we see the boosting first before seeing other PCB structure.
