We are planning to make a custom carrier board with Jetson nano(production som) which has Jetpack 4.6.2
We need to add an additional eMMC instead of SD Card slot for external storage.

That was not validated. If you insist using that, then you can copy the sdmmc4 device tree and see if it can work.
However, we cannot guarantee it would work.
