Factory reset and M.2 ssd use

Hi,

I am currently using ORIN development kit.

What I am doing now is ubuntu setup and then changing the root file system to SSD using reference (Change Root File System to M.2 SSD Directly).

The SSD is working as root file system but, I cannot install the jetpack using ‘sudo apt install nvidia-jetpack’.

I would like to do factory reset and then ubuntu setup and installing jetpack. Could you let me know how I can get there?

One more thing, Is there recommended way to use M.2 SSD as file system?

There is no factory reset" on jetson other than flashing the module with sdkmanger.
