Fail to set ROI and Tripware

Hardware: Jetson Orin NX 16G
Jetpack: 6.2 (L4T 36.4.3)

I am able successfully launch the dashboards for VST and NVstreamer. Also I am able to add the sensor on them. But I am not able create the tripwires and ROI. I have tried solution of the other topic but still can not create ROI and tripwires, any other ideas?

"Please have a try with below setting in: /opt/nvidia/jetson/services/vst/config/vst_config.json and restart vst by: sudo systemctl restart jetson-vst. Please replace your own jetson device IP in below setting. “analytic_server_address”: "http://10.19.225.134:30080/emdx"."

The solution should work. Can you share the vst log if you still meet fail?

I found below in your log. Please replace the IP address(10.19.225.134) to your own Jetson IP address.

analytic_server_address: http://10.19.225.134:30080/emdx
