Failed to Flash Jetson Xavier NX 16GB with Multiple Errors

I have a Jetson Xavier NX 16GB and using NVMe as the main boot and storage. My old SSD works fine but when I tried to flash a new SSD it always failed because of multiple errors. I tried different JetPack version but always failed to flash the new SSD. I put back the old SSD and it was able to boot to Ubuntu home without any problems.

Are you using devkit or with custom carrier board?

What’s your Jetpack version in use?

How did you flash your old SSD before?

It seems you are using the custom board for Xavier NX so that you should use the custom BSP with flash command for your board instead of using SDKM.

It was pre-installed with Jetpack 5.0.2. Then I upgrade the Jetpack to 5.1.1 using SDKManager in my previous SSD. I managed to flash the Jetson 5.1.2 to the EMMc and the nvme is not detected in df -h

Please get the custom BSP package from your vendor first and refer to the instruction to flash your board.
