Xavier NX Installation Failed

Hello,

I’m trying to flash a brand new Xavier NX on a Diamond Systems Floyd carrier board with JetPack 5.0.2 Flashing fails on the “Flash Jetson Linux” step.

I’ve jumpered the Force Recovery pins on the Utility connector but I’m getting an “installation error” in SDK Manager.

The process finishes “Step 2: Boot the device with flash initrd image” but fails on “Step 3: Start the flashing process”.

The host machine is Ubuntu 20.04 (not a VM).

Hi,
SDKManager supports flashing developer kit. If you use custom carrier board, please check with the board vendor for the system image.

Hi @DaneLLL, thank you for the reply. The vendor does provide a BSP for their carrier board but that also fails to flash with an error that reads Invalid value MemBct dram size: 0MB for slot: 2..

The top of the log file displays some information about it.
